Global Amazon Redemptions
Awardco continues to expand its global capabilities by making Amazon redemptions available in the Awardco platform for Australia, U.A.E., Singapore, and Brazil.

With this new capability Awardco customers in Australia, the U.A.E., Singapore, and Brazil can now reward and redeem products from Amazon directly through the Awardco platform. Previous to this point only a handful of gift cards and hotels were available as redemption options, which limited the way customers in these countries could reward their employees.
Amazon has been steadily increasing its capability to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently worldwide. In 2018 Amazon expanded operations in Australia and the United Arab Emirates by opening new warehouses and acquiring existing infrastructure. In late 2019 Amazon finally opened their first official fulfillment center in Singapore, allowing for Southeast Asia's first Amazon digital outpost. 2019 also saw the opening of Amazon fulfillment centers in Brazil, something the company has been striving for since 2017.
As Amazon has increased its capacity to fulfill orders worldwide using strategically placed fulfillment centers, Awardco has integrated with these new hubs to provide rewarding recognition to companies with employees in these geographical locations. Whereas reward options were severely limited through the Awardco platform in these countries, now when an Awardco customer logs in they will see available products fulfilled by centers closest to them. This eliminates customs and in many cases offers free shipping options.
Making Amazon an available option for employee recognition and rewards allows companies in these countries to empower their workforce with choice and the familiar experience of Amazon for their employee rewards and recognition programs—something no other recognition platform can offer.
